About 20 years ago, Stephen Casey, founder and president of Tennessee Wood Flooring, started a small, hardwood flooring company on his family farm in Kentucky. He began by retailing flooring from wholesalers. It wasn't long before Steve began to apply his creativity and manufacturing skills to the hardwood flooring industry. As a family business, Tennessee Wood Flooring soon became recognized for our custom prefinished flooring: each floor manufactured to suit matching the client's color and style preference! We now manufacture our flooring in the heart of the Smoky Mountain region and are proud to combine decades of experience with the woodworking craftsmanship of the Smokies! Based in Sevierville, Tennessee, if you come to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, we would love to show off our factory and one of a kind showroom. If you're lucky, Steve will be cooking up a rack of ribs and you can sit a spell on the front porch and eat up some or our southern hospitality!

Our Values

We pride ourselves in making your hardwood flooring purchase as simple and hassle free as possible. We follow a few rules that help us promote a great, family style business:

1.Care

We don't want your money until we make your product. We do our part: make a great floor! We trust you will do your part: compensate us for a job well done!

2.Custom
We make your floor the way you want it. We offer thousands of combinations to suit any taste, any budget, and any preference.

3.Creative
We make products you'll find nowhere else and continue to create new products!

Our Products

We offer a full line of flooring, specializing in hand distressing and creative rustic designs. Using an ultra violet, oven baked urethane coating process, we deliver a 3 mil finish that is warrantied for 10 years. We make a point of letting the finish settle into the hardwood before curing to retain a genuine wood look.... not a plastic look. After all, that's what you’re paying for. If you would like a sample of our woods and finishes be sure to visit our website and fill out a sample request, or just give us a call.

Our Factory

We sit under the shadow of Mt. LeConte. It is here that we manufacture each piece of our flooring with care to ensure that our products reflect the craftsmanship of early Appalachian woodworkers. We live and work in one of the most scenic and memorable places in the country. We hope our floors can be a part of your life memories for years to come!
